Returns & Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your order.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, with tags attached, and in their original packaging.
How to Start a Return
Contact us at contact@barnaflow.com with:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you'd like to return
- The reason for your return
Once approved, we'll send you return instructions and a shipping label. Please do not send items back without requesting a return first.
Returns must be posted within 14 days of receiving approval.
Return Shipping
A fee of €2.99 will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are not refunded.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If anything is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us straight away so we can make it right.
Exchanges
We don't offer direct exchanges. Return the item and place a new order for what you'd like instead.
EU Right of Withdrawal
As an EU-based company, all customers have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason. The same return conditions apply.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know if your refund has been approved. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at contact@barnaflow.com.
