Si vas a clases de reformer o de mat, sí. La silicona en toda la suela te mantiene firme en el carro, en la barra de pies y en el suelo del estudio, y muchos estudios de reformer piden calcetines antideslizantes para usar las máquinas.
Talla única. Se ajustan bien al pie y valen del 35 al 43. El tejido elástico se adapta al arco y al talón, así que no se mueven en toda la clase.
