Where's my order?
Every order ships from Barcelona, tracked, to Spain, the rest of the EU and the UK.
When will my order ship?
Orders are packed in Barcelona and dispatched within 1–2 business days, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
How long does delivery take?
Once your order has shipped:
- Spain and Portugal: 2–3 business days
- Rest of Europe: 3–5 business days
- United Kingdom: 3–6 business days
These are estimates and can stretch a little during busy periods.
How do I track my order?
You'll get a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order leaves us. If you have an account, your orders are listed there too.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated at checkout once you enter your address, so you see the exact cost before you pay. Some orders qualify for free shipping.

How long do I have to return something?
30 days from the day you receive your order. Items need to be unused, with tags attached and in their original packaging.
As an EU-based company, you also have the right to cancel or return any order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason, under the same conditions.
How do I start a return?
Email contact@barnaflow.com with your order number and the items you'd like to return. No need to tell us why. Once it's approved, we'll send you return instructions and a shipping label.
Please don't post anything back before the return is approved, and send it within 14 days of approval.
Does a return cost anything?
€2.99 is deducted from your refund to cover return shipping. Original shipping fees aren't refunded.
Can I exchange for another colourway?
We don't do direct exchanges. Return the pair, then place a new order for the one you'd like.
When will I get my refund?
Once your return arrives and we've checked it, we'll let you know whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Fit, grip and washing.

What size are the grip socks?
One size fits all. They're a snug fit and comfortably fit EU sizes 35–43 (UK 2.5–9). The stretch in the knit hugs the arch and heel, so they stay in place through class.
How do I wash them?
Turn them inside out and wash in cold water. Don't bleach, tumble dry, iron or dry clean them.
How long does the grip last?
The silicone grip is fused to the fabric and rated for 150+ washes without peeling or fading.
Can I wear them on the reformer, mat and barre?
Yes. They're non-slip on the reformer, the mat and at the barre, and stay stable through every spring setting.
