How long does delivery take?

Every order leaves Barcelona within 24–48 hours and ships tracked across Europe and the UK.

How much is shipping?

In Spain, shipping is free on orders over €55 and €3.95 below that. Across the EU it's €3.95, and to the UK €4. Bundles of 3 or more pairs of grip socks ship free.

What size are the grip socks?

One size fits all: a snug stretch fit that adapts to your foot. No size chart to decode.

Can I wear them for barre and yoga too?

Yes. The silicone grip is made for reformers, mats and studio floors, so they work for Pilates, barre and yoga alike.

What if they're not right?

Return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Email contact@barnaflow.com and we'll take care of you.
