What is Double-Lock™ Grip?
Silicone grip on both sides of the sole, set in a triangle shape. The floor grip locks the sock down on the reformer, the mat and the studio floor. The inner grip locks your foot in, so it doesn't slide around inside the sock mid-exercise.
Are grip socks worth it for Pilates?
If you take reformer or mat classes, yes. Silicone grip across the sole keeps you anchored on the carriage, footbar and studio floor, and many reformer studios ask you to wear grip socks on shared equipment.
What size are barna flow grip socks?
One size fits all. They're a snug fit and comfortably fit EU sizes 35–43 (UK 2.5–9). The stretch in the knit hugs the foot, so they stay in place.
How long does the grip last?
The silicone grip is rated for 150+ washes. Wash them inside out in cold water to keep it at its best.
